PhD Flopper
After drinking PhD Flopper you do not have to worry about splash damage, explosions, or falling from high places. It also causes an explosion around you if you dive to prone. This will kill most zombies around you until round 20ish. After that it will start to kill less and leave more crawlers. Also, zombies killed with the explosion have a better chance to leave a powerup. This is a very good perk.
